"Rose Ave. and 24th St. - Holly Ridge is one of the nicer places to call home without breaking the bank, with entrances to each apartment located inside the building. It is equipped with an elevator, and there's a laundry room on each floor as well as a soda and snack vending machine. The apartments are furnished with hardwood floors, and windows in the living room that stretch from floor to ceiling, allowing plenty of light and a great view of the city. On the rooftop, tables and chairs have been set up, allowing residents and their guests to mingle while enjoying the sunshine."
