Airy Miller: Dear phone, this is super lame but I have no where else private to write. ANYWAY, I met two guys today. We'll call them T and N. I know that's stupid but talking to myself via text isn't much better.

Airy Miller: I don't know what I'm doing but I'm staying with them...

Airy Miller: T is nice and he answers all my stupid questions but he's only awake at night.

Airy Miller: N... is really confusing me. It's a shame guys like that don't fall for girls like me.

Airy Miller: This is stupid I'm going to stop now. More so since T let me on his phone plan so I have the internet again.

Okay. I'm not going anywhere.

[When Eve arrives she'll find Airy's door unlocked. Even in her current state, she doesn't think to lock her door or seek some sort of privacy. She's talked with Cassidy but it doesn't help the initial feeling of pain that stabbed into her chest. Eve had been right. Airy shouldn't have fallen in love here.

She's so stupid.

She's curled on her bed, the tome next to her head like it's a very large cell phone where she keeps checking Cassidy's post to see who has replied. Her legs are pulled to her chest and for the moment she's managing to hold back her tears.]

[Eve slipped quietly into the room and without saying anything went over to where Airy was laying. She moved the tome off to the side before sitting on the bed and shifting Airy a bit so that the other girl's head was in her lap, Eve's fingers combing through her hair.]

Did you already have an initial good cry?

No. I talked to Cassidy. He said he'd rip out the page, that he didn't mean to hurt me but Eve... it still hurts.

[She feels the tears prickle at the corner of her eyes.]

Why did I have to fall in love? I hate it! I didn't want to. It's not fair. [Airy presses her face against Eve's leg.] I wish I didn't have to feel like this. It's stupid... I'm so stupid.

That's because he's stupid, Airy. Not you.

[She leaned down to kiss Airy's head before she straightened up and ran her fingers through Airy's hair.]

I kind of hate him now. I hope that's okay. Shall we talk out revenge fantasies? Because I have some really good ones.

I let him get close. I fell in love. I'm the one who cares... I don't think he does.

[Airy closes her eyes and focuses on the comforting feeling of Eve's fingers running through her hair. It reminds her of her mother.]

We can but please don't do anything. I don't know what I want to do yet.

[Playing with Airy's hair helped her calm down too.]

I won't, that's why they're called revenge fantasies. I already imagined myself mauling him and it was wonderfully cathartic. So, top idea... doing all that stuff he wanted with someone else and then... oops, leaked some of the video on the tomes!

[Eve arched an eyebrow at Airy’s expression.]

[Airy tilts her head to look up at Eve. She's rather thankful for the change in conversation.]

Nothing. I mean something... I did with someone else. I imagined Cassidy seeing it. I bet he wouldn't say I was sugar and spice and made of cotton candy then.

[Because Eve was so very curious about what her friend had done.]

[The sadness doesn't leave her gaze but she flushes a warm tint of red as she looks away from Eve.]

I spent two and a half days with Thor and all we did were really dirty things. It was kind of intense at times but also nice. He took care of me and made me feel good and special.

Yeah. I'm sure if I asked him to come to me he would. Like, he's my friend too and he's kind. I know he sleeps with other people but I don't think he'd mind if I asked to join him for a little bit in his bed.

[She looks up at Eve.]

I mean actually sleeping and not just but probably that too. He's just nice. I like him.

[Because if that would help then she wanted Airy to do that.]

Although revenge sex is awesome. Also, talking with Cassidy again after some distance would be good.

[She wants some time to let her head sort through her emotions though that really isn't a good idea.]

I'll just know he didn't. I mean he didn't say he would but he also didn't say he wouldn't... I just wish he'd asked me. I guess I don't really come off as being dominate... [She pauses and then mumbles under her breath.] I could kick his ass.
