Maybe I need to stop sleeping with vampires? Meeting Matthew was more of a surprise than I was looking for. He's charming, after you get to know him, and a little devious. I feel like I have to be careful around him. Not because I don't trust him but because I think he can do dangerous things with someone's heart even if it isn't on purpose. I don't think he lets people in easily. I think he needs people to lean on, even if he won't say it out loud. He made the mistake of drinking my blood, I couldn't tell him about my --condition-- in time for him not too. He's talking to me again... that's a plus.
